Indeed I have written to you two days ago to tell you you have to contact Chronopost which has mentioned tonme that the parcel has been returned to you !!!
Listen... Inphoned them three times to know where the parcel was arrived and been delivered... They told me they will do the necessary for the parcel to bé delivered. They sauf they have not found the address... It was written rue du grant instead of rue du granit.
I am so disappointed !! And the band too.
Now... We have left France to Réunion Island. We have done the necessary stuff for the parcel to bé sent to Réunion Island. With la Poste, a business partner of Chronopost, we have paid for this service so that our letters and parcels will be sent to us - as we have paid for 6 months this service.
Now... What did they tell me first ?
The parcel is not returned. Please come and fetch it in Limoges (about one hour from our address). I told them ... I have no friends or parents who can do that for me and moreover E are in Réunion Island now. Please leave the parcel to La poste In Sardent then. ...
Second time - phonecall from Réunion Island, there is a custom tax to pay and this is the reason why... They did not leave the parcel in Sardent.
Come on... This is.... Awesome !!!
Well as I told you, the parcel normaly should come to us as I have paid for the service... And then, why not, pay a custom tax.... Here in Réunion Island !!
