Custom Orders & Returns
All DrumSknz products are made-to-order. Once production has started or the item has been made, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as each piece is custom-made specifically for you.
If you would like to cancel or make changes, please contact us before your order enters production. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations at that stage.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
