Can I have a background colour other than black?
Yes! We can accommodate any colour that you'd like! When ordering, please feel free to write in the description box that you'd like a certain background colour and we'll make sure to include this in your mockup.
Are DrumSknz see-through?
DrumSknz are made from a mesh-blend, meaning they will never be 100% opaque. Black or dark backgrounds are the best option when it comes to blocking out images on the drum behind your DrumSknz, while white is the most transparent.
Can I remove the DrumSknz logo from my order?
Our DrumSknz logo cannot be removed, but it can be moved to wherever you'd like! Our logo is on each of our finished products to increase brand visibility while making sure it doesn't take away from your design. Our logo is hard to see on a finished product, especially when it's on stage! Check out our Instagram (@drumsknzz), Instagram tagged photos, and reviews on our product page to get a sense of how your finished DrumSknz could look with the logo!
I haven't received a tracking number, but I placed my order a while ago. What's my order status?
Every time an order is placed on our website, a mockup of your design will be created and emailed to you for confirmation before we can start production. Mockups are usually sent within 48 hours of your order being placed, but sometimes our emails end up in spam! Please ensure you're checking your inbox and spam folder after your order has been placed so that you don't miss your mockup email!
I received a tracking number, but my order still hasn't arrived; what do I do?
Sometimes orders take longer to arrive than expected! If your order is missing longer than 5 business days after its expected arrival (according to your tracking number), please email info@drumsknz.com so that we can look further into your order.
Will I be charged import fees when receiving my package?
Additional charges after your package has been sent are unfortunately out of our control. While we try our best to keep your costs down, import fees are country-specific, and we cannot guarantee the absence of any additional charges.
